What is the value of and antique steamer trunk in very good condition. Trunk is at least 75yrs old by Hartman.
I have the original key for the lock but the center of the lock is missing, I have no idea where it disapeared to. This trunk was owned by by my parents and I am 73. It has six drawers on one half and a hang up bar on the other side. The cloth on the interior appears to be in very good condition. I have been in possession of this trunk since my parents died and I am moving and I do not wish to continue to transport it from one place to another any longer.
any antique should never be refinished or tampered with, in orginal condition would be worth more, i would try e-bay to sell it bet u get a lot of response
